Hmm, not sure what to do with this. Was working fine last night, boot my PC up this morning and I'm getting loads of time out errors on pages that then work after a refresh or 2. Can always ping, just not surf the net.
Where do I begin with this? As it's not always happening, what's the next thing I should do to diagnose? Tried both router and direct connections, both the same.

Hmmm, very strange. Now having no trouble on this site at all, yet on another browser tab I can't use google or the bbc website.
Have also checked my power levels acording to the sticky above, and all in acceptable levels.
