Hiya all what is the ongoing situation with Virgin media and the BPI?
I know they had a 3 month trial when they were using a unofficial 3 strikes rule but was really lots of strike 1 ones!

Are they still in bed with BPI ?

More than likely!

I thought they scrapped the 3 strikes idea?

And just sent you a letter saying you have been very naughty and if you carry on Santa will not bring you any presents and may give you a spanking?
