What does the red dot mean? says no issue's in my area but I can't get on!

Green dots means that everything is working, a red dot means there is a problem either national or regional..

It appears there are no BB probs with the Anglia region at the mo. However when I had to call TS a couple of days ago, one of the recorded headers said that there were probs with IP3. hope this is of some use.:)
