im on the m package , tv phone and bb 2mb
but getting less than 1 mb ..
thought they was updating the 2mb package :confused:
or do i have to contact them to do it,
i seen the upgrade to 10mb selfhelp page will cost me £25 instead of the £18 that i now pay .
but on the package page it shows L pack as £20 , whats one is correct then , clear as mud virgin web site
