Hi,
Had VM broadband installed a couple of weeks ago. Shortly after the install I started having surfing issues (low speed/timeouts), high packet loss and high ping times.
An engineer visit on Saturday has not solved this problem. Another engineer is book for this coming Tuesday evening.

Can anyone shed any light on what might be the issue (I'm new to cable broadband so don't really know if the figures are within limits or not.
Also, what should I get the engineer to check for?
