Evening guys,

We are on the 10mb package, usually have no problems with download speed at around 9.7mb, however today they have been around 2mb-2.5mb all day. We haven't been hit by STM by the looks of things. Wondering if anyone else is suffering from these problems? (We are in the OL9 area)

Cheers,

Chris

Power levels fine, maybe a utilisation spike on your UBR.

Download speed is all over the place here, OL8.
Hopefully the recession will free up some capacity.
