Ok here goes my friend modem went of last night at the time it went off he got a docsdev message in logs and were his frequency is theres nothing and the channel a %. we have no idea what to do lol anyone shed some light on this docsdev?

Is it working now?

It was probably a docsDevResetNow - which is exactly what it suggests, VM sent his modem instructions to reset, well, now. ;)

lol yeah must be but hasn't come back on no frequency or nothing.

also new error message now after factory reset failed to acquire qem something and failed to aquire fec something.

Oh dear - the modem can't lock onto a downstream signal. Not good.
