VM package/router questions

I currently have stand alone 20meg XL BB service (am v happy with service), and am awaiting an engineer's visit (increasing package to include XL TV v+ and phone line).

My question - would this include the FREE WIRELESS ROUTER as advertised to new customers? (I currently only have the standard wired), will the engineer bring this without prompting or will i have to call beforehand to ask for it to be brought?

Nowt stopping you from ring up and trying and get one for free, as you are taking out additional services.

You could phone up and have them charge you £40 for a router that will still remain the property of VM and yes, they should send you one through the post.

Or, you could buy the exact same router for £20 -£30 that isn't crippled fom elsewhere and do with it what you please, as it would be yours
