since last night (this only happens at night) my speeds have dropped to beween 80kbps - 5mb. i should be on 20mb,i have never seen this problem and have been using the 20mb since day one.
Now im not downloading excessively, i always stay within the traffic management limits beween the times. I just dont know why this is happening? its fine during the day..anyhow here is some info from my modem.

I'm not 100% sure but I'd say the Upstream Transmit level is way too high?

Its borderline, 55+ suggests theres an issue.

i just dont get why its fine during the day, but at night its a whole different story.. its got me confused. shall be on the phone to tech support in the morning i think.

That sounds like oversubscription on your UBR, if the speed drops during peak hours.

i dont think its that as it only started last night. and iv had 20mb since it came out and never had any problems with it untill last night so very weird.
