I have just phoned 150 to get a price to add XL BB to my account this is what I have:- I have just upgraded to Xl phone line and she told me I have been paying £10 per month to much for my second V box:-
Is £19.50 permonth the right price?

sounda about right, you are paying the extra £19 to make it up to £37 which is what the stand alone price is. If you really want it (and it is worth having) ring them up and ask them for it and check that you can't get any extrta discount because you will be having two XL packages (tv and bb)

He is already getting a £20 Loyalty Discount. He can't get anything else

To the OP, you haven't actually been paying to much

You are one old discounts which means you got your V+ box before June 2007. This means you should pay £10 for the V+ and £5 for the additional box

Usually this would show as V+ £10. Additional Box £15, Additional Box Discount £-10 = £15

You are paying V+ £15, Additional Box £15, TV Size: XL & ADD V Box Discount £-15.00 = £15

But because it is a strange way of doing it, the agent misread the account
