I'm in the Hinckley (LE9) area and have been a broadband customer for 8 years. In the last month or two I was upgraded to 10Mb service and sent a new Ambit 256 modem.
Connection has historically be very good, but following the upgrade I am getting random periods of a few minutes where internet connection is lost. This happens quite frequently, any time of day or night.
The modem 'Sync' light stays on, but data lights do not flash and I get 'page not found' errors etc. Tried several difference PC's connected to the modem (wired Ethernet) and always the same, so I'm sure its Vigin's side.

Any suggestions on this? Modem data is pasted below, all looks fine to me?
