My virgin bb modem has started dropping the connection pretty regular over the last couple of days

called tech support there but they cant do anything till i call back when the connection is down!!

here is my modem downstream log, any ideas?

Downstream power is borderline (a bit too high) for an ex telewest connection, can you also post the upstream?

Post the details on virgin.support.broadband.cable and you will be more likely to get someone to investigate the issue.

I had the same problem recently and they traced it to the UBR I was connected to (lots of users on same UBR appeared to be being affected).
