had the xl package 2 days now and I have never seen over 10mb

That's my current speed I am not capped as i haven't downloaded a thing since having the service is this normal is everyone capped this low on 20mb ? even without going anywhere near the fair usage restrictions ?

Are you using a router?
Post your modem config page 192.168.100.1
Have you tryed optimzering your tcp with this software?http://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php

also where you from ? have you checked hardware under network driver under advanced stroll down to speed & duplex - make sure it value at Auto-Negotiation or change to 100Mbps full duplex (not 10Mbps full duplex)

It's a direct connection from the ambit 255 to the ethernet port it was already on auto and running at 100mbps but i ave tried changing it manually doesn't make any difference.
