sorry if this is in the wrong place as im new here

here goes i thought i would take the new deal vm are offering [have xmas on us] so i signed up on line then 1 day later i got a e-mail saying that they need proof of addy and a deposit of 100pounds no prob i thought so i sent them proff of addy by e-mail the the addy they gave me sent them only to find e-mails returned as they came back as not sent so i had a little play about and did get the e-mails sent so now i have sent e-mails to vm about 6 in all asking if the had got e-mails still no reply now im a bit worried now as i have sent private details to them also i was hoping to have this installed before xmas as a treat for the family seems they dont want our custom even though i am willing to pay a deposit of 100pounds

so anybody in sales here that can help me

Hmm, I don't think VM ask for a deposit? Especially not that much... I may be wrong though.

just spend 3/4 of an hour on phone just to be cut off sending me from 1 dept to another still no joy
very poor service indeed
why give me a ref no if it is no good [Kana Reference: 5870297 ]
i only want to know am i going to get the service or no
dont see what the prob is as i sent the docs they asked for and money is in the bank waiting[they also have bank details ]

starting to regret this

so please is there anybody with a bit of sence that can help with this matter
