Hi All...
I have just about had enough of my broadband being slim to non existent, should be on 10mb but i get something from 1 to 17 but on average around 2.

Test 1: 1024K took 4914 ms = 208.4 KB/sec, approx 1717 Kbps, 1.68 Mbps
Test 2: 1024K took 3197 ms = 320.3 KB/sec, approx 2639 Kbps, 2.58 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 3910 ms = 261.9 KB/sec, approx 2158 Kbps, 2.11 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 14408 ms = 142.1 KB/sec, approx 1171 Kbps, 1.14 Mbps
Overall Average Speed = approx 1921 Kbps, 1.88 Mbps
Type : Ambit ETH/USB Combo Cable Modem
Cable modem : Ambit Cable Modem
IP address : 10.136.5.13
Downstream Receive Power Level : 5.18 dBmv
Downstream SNR : 35.74 dB
Upstream Transmit Power Level : 49.00 dBmv
Dont get me wrong sometimes it does fly but more often then non it doesn't. I have been doing speed test for about a week and it is always about the same. I have both tv and bb but we dont use the tv as it is pants, the last engineers put a tratec 0.4db outlet on the cable.
I do understand that as i make as much use of both my up/download when it works i get capped, but dont think capping ment no service at all.
