install problems

Hi guy's & girls,
I'm trying to get my friend connected to vm but cs are just saying it's not possable as his road is not cabled, but it is, both his next door neighbours have it,and they are all terrace houses with front gardens no more than 1.5mts, but on vm's system his house No does not show up for his postcode, how can i get vm to actually look at it? also he only lives about 200 mts from vm building in portslade near brighton,

you would need to ask for a spotter to come out & check, sales should be able to arrange that.

yer ring them up, and also when you type in the postcode, the houses are not always in order in the drop-down box.
