Belfast speeds

Any problems in the belfast area. my 20mbit is taking ages to load pages. i have rebooted modem, router and switch. nothing seems to work. is my line being upgraded to 50mbit ;) (i wish)

pages load eventually but is is very,very,very slow. so slow that firefox stalls and states that the application is not responding.

not sure about 20 mbit but 10 mbit is going great.
