Seeing as i've noticed a few other people have had random cuts, i'm suspecting it's a issue with the signals or something else on the other end.

I'm not sure if that upstream transmit power level is too low, so wait for a tech. I'm suspecting that though.

All of the above power levels are normal, what is the issue.

I would tend to ignore your modem logs unless you are having the same item repeating its self in a long list, as most lists tend to look worrying.

I can be browsing or downloading file and all of a sudden pages don't load, files stop downloading and one of the application I use to manage connection priority (cfosspeed) and as a speed indicator tells me no ping packets are coming through. When this happens, all the other computers on the network experience the same thing and it's not until some minutes later before it resumes normal operation until the next time it happens.

Remove the router and test with the modem direct to one computer.
