Hello,
I have recently looked at the bill for the BB and phone-line rental and all this adds up to £23.93 and i am only getting 2mb with that? do you think i can get a better deal from virgin without paying more?

If you are willing to upgrade the broadband (or the phone), and possibly agree to keep the services for another year, yes you could.

Phone them.

Get your dad to ring up and see if they can do you a better deal possibly with a 10Mb upgrade for similar money.

The standard price for Phone M and BB M is £20. Virgin might offer you this, but if they did it would definiately a new 12 month contract.

EDIT: Realised you did say you wanted to pay less

You asked if you could get a better deal. You didn't say you wanted a cheaper price for the same services.

The standard price for Phone M and BB M is £20. Virgin might offer you this, but if they did it would definiately a new 12 month contract.
He is after a 10Mb deal

You should be able to get BB L and Phone M for £27. As I said earlier, as long as you agree to upgrade a service, Virgin are more than happy to give you the best price they can

You could also add TV M to that if you wanted for the same price

Yes I know, so possibly for only £3 extra you can get broadband that goes 5 times faster. Sounds like a good deal to me

Virgin now have a system in place that should automatically offer it to you if you ask them how much upgrading to BB L should cost. They should offer you the £27 p/month price.

Obviously this is based on you having Talk Weekend on your phone
