A quick question before I get involved in calling Virgin Support. Started up main PC this morning, and PC Guard says it requires activation. Entered Username and password OK. At next screen says pick a bundle to activate (2 options available - Basic and Total) however both are greyed out and cannot be selected. Clicking next tells me I need to select a package first! Removed and reinstalled PCGuard but get the same problem. Any body any ideas?
