I am blueyonder, but searching the virgin home page I cannot find a link to setting up or changing my web page.

Cann someone please post a link and where the buggers are hiding it?

Login in with your username and password, you'll be able to access PWP (your web page) from there.

by changing your web page you are updating it?

if so why not use an FTP program?

as long as you know the address of your upload with your username and password, it should be ok

Apparently the issue with the security certificate was only supposed to be affecting Mozilla Firefox, but I got the same error you did, just selected to continue to site.
