Normally its £12 increase post a break down of your bill so I can check for you
I think this is what you're after:
http://allyours.virginmedia.com/html/internet/bb_deal_size_xl.html
XL BB + M phone for £21 / month for six months, then £31.00 afterwards + free wireless router (12 month contract tho).

for new customer only remember
This is October 08 bill
First I made a mistake it not £23.50 it is £22.50
Line Rental £11.00
Phone & BB Saving -£8.00
Phone & BB Additional Saving -£5.50
Broadbane Size: L £25.00
Which works out to: £22.50
That is before calls
Will I have to start a new contract ? as I remember we start a new 12 month contract when we got the phone

no just tell them you want to upgrade and it will cost you a extra £12 no 12 month contract also remember the addtional £5.50 saver only last 12 months
for new customer only remember
I always thought it applied to existing customers who have an upgrade or new service on their account.

It very shacky that my mistake exsiting customers adding addtional services normally can get new offers but all depends on what service you add
Thanks. Never knew that about the £5.50 saving.
Anyway another question, can I do it online and keep the current saving or will I have to phone up ?
If I can do either what is the best way ?
Would I have the option to get the free router, if so do you know what the make /model is.
I currently have a Linksys router

Your best to phone up, the wireless router is the standard netgear one however has Virgin Media custom firmware which isnt that good, stick with Linksys, and you wont get a router free but you could always ask
Thanks for all the help :D
