View Full Version : Virgin mobile website completely down?

Trying to get to it tonight and no matter which way I try to get to it, trying to jump in at various levels, I get thrown to this page:

http://www.virginmobile.com/vm/

Which has a frame around a page with an error 404, page not found.

Someone must be at home and have realised the lights have gone out?!?

Probably upgrading the website, try tomorrow.

Yeah all the Virgin mobile sites seem to be down, not just UK.

I've just spoken to customer services and they confirmed there were problems earlier; seems to be fixed now though. The credit check is still unavailable so I've been unable to get my new phone :mad:
