I know there have been loads of threads about slow connection speeds, but I wondered if there was way to check whether a particular area was oversubscribed? (I mean, without having to call TS and wait for ages, then going through all the modem, ping tests, etc first).

Like mnay others, am getting exceptionally slow connection since upgrading to XL about 5 weeks ago, was fine for about 2 weeks then gradually went down to sub 4MB speeds all day & night (sometimes reaches about 8MB in the morning, between about 8am and 10am)
