Clear all cookies and Temporary internet files as the site may be cached in the browsers.
thanks for your reply - already tried all that - no luck.
you running through a Proxy?
does your website have it's own cache that needs clearing?
thanks - no proxy - could this possibly be a VM cache prob??
i've cleared my cache & temps a dozen times on both IE & Firefox.
Have you tried doing a ctrl + F5 refresh, that should(but not always) force the proxy to get a fresh version direct from source.
jon - tried ctrl/f5 as well - no joy

Click the connection link at the top of the page and post what that gives, obviously censor any information that might identify you.
sorry graham m but what do you mean by "connection link at the top of the page" ? - cheers

graham m - apologies see what you mean
hi,
problem resolved - looks like it 'probably' was an issue with the VM cache server?? - thanks for your input.

Virgin Media don't use cache any more...unless you've manually set one up (that's why people were asking for your connection settings).

I regularly update a website for a client, and while I can always see the newly updated site, he often doesn't. Everything mentioned in this thread I had him try, and his not of the tech savvy for setting up his own caching proxy. He's on Virgin, what do you think it could be?
