hi ther i have the 20mb bb and everytime i go to view trailers on www.gametrailers.com the video loads about half way or sometimes even quater of the way and disconects my internet. the same happens with utube gets about half way loading and cutts out.

sometimes it happens with with random web pages as well the page does not load and disconects me off.


anyidear whats cracking of?

What browser are you using? this also happens with my connection, perhaps if your speed is very slow then the browser will load it for so long, try ff or ie7

iam using firefox3 and it happens and it happens with ie7 also...it also dissconects with big files from utorrent.

but my speed is 20mb.

Yeah I know, its stupid really, sorry I dont know how you can fix it, perhaps try using a proxy or clear your cookies tempory data, reset ur modem, or wait for vm to fix it, try it tonight 00:00 there are no limits then so if problem still happens, ring them

thanks for the tips above but ive tried all them i hate talking to vm support they have no idear what to do it might get fixed. But if this also happens to you at least im not alone and thers nothing wong with my hardware..

It could be a codecs problem. Try installing a good codecs package, i found ace mega to sort out all probs on my sons pc.

Try installing quick time too.

as you can see its 0.1 dBmv.

i also have quiktime player and it still happens.

To rule out codecs have u installed a codecs package? Normaly workes.
