Modem losing config file details

I have a Scientific Atlanta 2100 modem. Usually on the status page it shows details of the config file it is using, but after about 2 days this entry goes blank. After a modem reboot it will show it again and then if I check again after a couple of days it goes blank again.

The service still works perfectly so it's not an issue, however I wondered if this is expected behaviour?

A quick Google shows nothing like that happening that much. If you have a madly high upload it's not just the status page that is forgetting the file ;)

If you couldnt access the config page

you wouldnt know the difference :P if its not broke.. and ur nets working fine then it should be all good
