Hey,
Virgin recently came out to my mothers house (shes 72 and cannot see very well) to install Phone, BB (for when anyone comes around and wants to use it) and TV. She was the only one in the house at the time, when I went around to the house around 15mins after engineer left it was a MESS. He left moved furniture at the top of the stairs and wires trailing accross there. He left a drillbit and left the modem hanging down, left without setting up net properly (as he left no ethernet cable), and the phone number hasnt been ported from BT and Virgin say we never asked for this to be done :@
