Can anyone help? Can't find any clear information on a time line to service reinstatement...

My area Birmingham B30 - Kings Norton. Loss of fixed phone service for 18 hours....

Service now back. Well done.

But could do better with communications and updating the status page in the future!

Oops - it may have been my equipment after all. Just a coincidence that my equipment went u/s at the same time VM had a phone outage locally.
