View Full Version : Why is VM apparently blocking access to .info domains?

I own a website which I host my homepage and email at, http://milambar.fundungeon.info, and every time I try and load it, I'm told the domain doesn't exist (Address not found). The same goes for ANY domain ending in .info.
If I change my nameservers to opendns, it works fine. So I assume that VM's nameservers are not processing .info domains.
I'd like to know why?

Fine here, ex NTL connection, using ex NTL DNS
Works fine in North-West Leeds, ex-NTL, not using OpenDNS.
Have you tried pinging it, Allan, to see where it fails?

Fast enough upload here in West of Scotland, ex TW. A bit disappointed though, I hoped the fundungeon reference might have given me a reason to be viewing tinternet content I shouldn't be...;)...honest love I was trying to help a bloke on CF and it directed me to this sight with manacled, leather clad.... I'll stop there....:)

Failed to load in last few Days and Email at times Slow slow STOP for hours usual
thing from india Not there problem must be my setup or PLANNED MAINT
Working fine off ex NTL DNS, scripting warnings on the front page, but loading ok.
Works fine in Northampton, Ex NTL.
Works fine on ntl, and i did'nt touch anything, that place is not far from where i live, so maybe that helps. :)
