VM blocking web sites?

Has VM started blocking web sites? I know some ISPs do...

4chan and 7chan seem to be unreachable, even though they work fine on a non-VM connection right now.

I googled these I couldn't access 4chan but could load 7chan from my VM connection.

Btw 7chan had links for porn in it so I wouldn't expect a link to be posted here :tu: (Assuming it is the main result in google?)
