Quick Question Regarding STM

hey,

im on the XL BB now, i was wondering since my upstream Limit is 1.4GB (1400mb) and my downstream limit is 3GB so if i downloaded 2GB and uploaded 700mb...would i reach my limit? how does it work. . . cheers.

basically what im trying to say is do both the upstream/downstream contribute to hitting the STM limit...

i think it one or the other, so if you max out dl then you are stm'd and likewise if you max out ul. I don't believe that they take the two figures and add them together to get to the stm limit.
