Weird upload issue

Hey guys,

when i upload to a FTP or run a speed test, the file runs at around 700kbps for the first few seconds, then sharply drops to 500kbps.

It's almost like it's enforcing some kind of STM on my upload but its after only around 200kb is uploaded.

Those first few seconds of measurement are normally wrong to be honest, you're better looking at the average speed over a decent sized upload rather than the burst speed that you get right at the start.

It's not that, that gradually drops. This is sudden, for eg the speedometer on speedtest.net, sharply snaps down to 500kbps from around 700.
