View Full Version : STM'd and Haven't Gone Over The Limit

Just tried downloading some files and it's showing download rates of up to 500 kbps, i tried speedtest.net and gamefiles and showing the same. i have downloaded about 3 gb today, why am i being stm'd?

who should i ring and what should i do about it? cos i can guarantee what i'll get is "it'll be back to nromal within 5 hours sir" :mad:

yes i know about it, but why are they doing it if i ahvent reached 6 gb yet.

You may of hit the upload limit or maybe on your UBR there was a fault and the stm kicked in early nothing can be dont about that at the time, however you need to check your upload speed was affected because if it wasnt then thats not STM

we're in the evening STM period so 3gb is all it needs, gone over that perhaps?

A download rate of 500kbps doesn't seem to fit in with the current STM'd download limit threshold, the lowest being 1Mbps if you're on the 2Mbps package (M).

Can you call technical support to confirm if you have been STM'd?

i'm on 20 mb, i downloaded this morning so it was the morning stm management.
