Well due to poor connection, I got rid of 20MB and went to 4MB. More reliable at the minute, just looking at my speed now:

Are you sure they've actually downgraded you.

Agreed, that upload is way over the 10mb threshold.

It was through retentions. Ah well, looks like finally I got something..
