Apologies if this has been posted already but couldn't see it...
This article on the Bell US cable network (http://www.rgbfilter.com/?p=67) interestingly claims that Bell are unable to provide data to backup their argument that P2P is the root of all evil and that throttling it will create the utopia of fast stable broadband.
I wonder whether the same applies to Virgin here...
