It's happened again, I've been traffic managed from my mediocre 2mb connection to an awful 1mb connection. But what did I download to cause this? Hmmm, lets see, 2 driver packs and a Windows Media Player 11 and Internet Explorer nlite add on so that I could create a slipstreamed XP disc using an article I found in Computer Active. It's becoming beyond a joke. There is no way my tiny amount of download would effect other customers connections. It's unbelievable!

We have so many traffic management and STM threads. I don't believe this is adding anything new hence closure to avoid duplication.
