Post what modem you have and your power levels from your config pages of your modem.

Open a browser and in the address bar put> 192.168.100.1 password and username are both root if required.

DO NOT POST YOUR MAC ADDRESS OR SERIAL NUMBER

Take a screenshot of it. Put that screenshot into Paint, then save it. Once you've saved it to go www.tinypic.com and upload it. You'll then be given a URL to the image, paste the most suitable one on here.

You're connected to the Baguley UBR (that's the "bagu" shown in hops 3 & 4) which has been plagued by problems for months.
It's apparently on the list for a major upgrade but I wouldn't hold your breath if I were you.
Sorry to have such bad news!

He's connected to a Baguley UBR. There are 9 of them, with about 60 cards between them.

I can tell he's on ubr06bagu, which has 8 cards. I can't tell which card he's on, but none of them are desperately overloaded. Only one is currently scheduled for an upgrade.

erazer: send me a PM with your CM MAC address and I'll be able to narrow it down a bit more.

Your Downstream power could be the reason for your problems as it is rather high, the best thing to do would be to ring Tech Support on 151 and explain to them your problem you might get a Engineer out to adjust the power.

Call them on 151 they are open 24/7
