Hello

I Have a VM Black box E08C007 which connects to a vista laptop just fine, however I can't get it to connect to either of my wireless routers I have tried these routers.

BELKIN F5D8230-4
MICRONET SP916GK

I have these settings from the ipconfig /all command.....

IPaddress 86.13.184.110
Gateway 86.13.184.1
Subnet 255.255.252.0

DNS 1 194.168.4.100
DNS 2 194.168.8.100

DHCP 213.107.224.20

But when I put these setting in the router i still get no connection between the router and the internet!!!

What i'm asking for is a guide to getting a router to work with the small black Virgin cable-to-ethernet E08C007 router!!

Is it possible to order the VM Wireless router over the internet or to get instructions on how to set-up a generic router?

What you need to do is set the router to DHCP on the wan port, then POWER OFF the modem, POWER OFF the router, POWER ON the modem, WAIT 1-2 minutes and then POWER ON the router. After that you should have a running internet connection, and if it still does not work, look at the part above that is with CAPITAL letters. Remember, the sequence is important!
