How long do caps last for

I can't see to find this answer, how long do caps last for when you reach them?

It is not fair that they keep a cap on you after the screw you over hours have passed :(

Currently it is like I am on a 56k modem while surfing.

Caps? There are no caps in place with VM. ;)

If you trigger STM anytime before 9pm, it'll last for the full amount 4-5 hours.

Hopefully they'll get round to sorting that so it ends at 9pm for all, but I can't see it myself.

It's from the time you trigger it off.
