View Full Version : Call Itemisation below 50p on E-billing
Was just wondering if anyone in the know knew whether Virgin intended to itemise all calls regardless of the cost on the e-billing service. I assume the charge on paper billing was to cover the extra paper and ink needed, as this isn't an issue with e-billing, is it likely to happen. Or are there other costs I have overlooked?
Cheers :)

I think my bill shows all calls 10p and over
Did you request that or was it just automatic?

free???
Yeah back when things were NTL (and before that Comcast) all calls were displayed on the bill - even the ones that were included in the free calls to other NTL customers in your local area were listed ;)

Mind you those were also the days before unlimited talk plans so if you made a hell of a lot of calls the postman may have struggled to get you're bill through the door lol!
