Hey,

Well i visited the virginmedia site and got some good info and i wanted to order 20mb cable. well i typed in my post code and said i was in a non-cable area, so i was woundering do virgin plan on expanding to the areas that do not have cable and if so when?

Sorry comrade, they don't. You'd best move into a cable area - preferably one that is'nt over subscribed.

that sucks :( cable is the only way i am able to get those type of speeds :( and virgin is the only service that uses fiber optic :( anyway thanks for your help :)

Your best bet for speed without Fibe Optic Cable is BE, and their prices seem reasonable.

i got sky max now only £10 a month but i can't get the full 16mb im only getting 4mb since im too far from my exchange so the max i can get is 6mb and to pay BT to sort the internal wiring would cost me like £200-400 so its not worth that just for 2mb :(

Can I ask where you are, there are errors in the database of where is and isnt cabled.

If you can get BE broadband on LLU xDSL as it says there then go for it, i'm currently getting 13meg down, 1meg up for 18 quid a month.
