Poor Broadband Internet Connection- Leeds

Flakey connection Tues/Wed on/off....on/off. Then today Thursday no connection at all.

Rebooted several times etc.

Am a bit confused as nothing on status page and nothing on here. Tried to post this last night but timed out:rolleyes:

Is it just me or is there an issue

I'm in the LS14 area

Missus just told me she saw an engineer in the box over the road today so perhaps it was a localised issue. Seems okay now, cheers anyway guys :tu:

Didn't report it, i wanted to find out if it was a widespread or local issue first. From my update (see other post) it looks like it was local...but cheers for the interest

You should always report it - if it is reduced for a while, you can ask for a credit for the period.
