Is anyone else having problems logging in to Broadbandextras today?

I keep getting this message:

Sorry, we are currently unable to sign you in to Virginmedia.com. Error details: There was a problem retrieving your details. Please try again. (Code: 1-90203)

The best thing to do is call Tech Support as they will be able to help you.

Could be happening because of the billing system changes. So if that is the cause then the call to tech. support is not going to yield any results. They might ask you to wait until 5th May.

Still not working here. I can access email though.

Didn't get chance to phone tech support today, will try tomorrow.

Broadband extras has now been removed and been replaced soon

Well I,m having trouble logging in too, have not been able to sign and read my mail since last night, just got in now but site running sooooooooooo slowwwww

Same here.
I`ve managed to logon to my email via http://webmail.ntlworld.com but that and indeed the whole of the VM site are really slow just now.

Broadband extras has now been removed and been replaced soon

I know the info`s out there but just what is it being replaced with?
I only really use Photobox myself so is that still going to be accessible d`you know?
I actually lost a whole load of photos on there when i upgraded our account a couple of years ago so i dont want that happening again>goes and backs up the backups backups<......:)
I had also upgraded my PC`s that day and just assumned that those particular pic`s were all backed up online.Assumption was certainly the mother of all f-up`s that day.I`m still hearing about it to this day:dozey:
