just got this from Virgin Media Technical Support,can anyone tell me what it means.

The SNR on your UBR is too low, this has been passed to Outage to raise

SNR is Signal to Noise Ratio if this drops below a certain level you'll have very slow speeds or lose your connection.
UBR is where your modem connects onto.
Outage is who they will tell it's low and they will investigate it.
