Really Slow connection in Swansea this afternoon

Im having a really awful connection this afternoon in swansea.

My browsing is sluggish and im getting a maximum download of 88kb/s from gamefiles.

I have had problems for the past week or so, works fine sometimes other times i cannot surf and if i can it takes 30s to a min for some pages to load!

Reminds me of dial up!

Well i just found out my connection is being STMd...

Whats really annoyed me about the fact my connection is being STMd is that my modem and PC has been switched off for 2 days and when i turned it on it became STMd without having even used or downloaded anything.

I hardly use my connection, a few emails and about an hour of browsing a day. That's it so not sure if i'm being STMd unless our modems mac's have been cloned.

Something not right, VM must be up to something if you ask me!

I live in derby ,the speed on the internet is disgusting,over the last two weekends its been as slow as a slug,that slow the connection is lost or freezes up, virgin media is not a patch on the old ntl.

i'll be glad when i move and will be going onto ADSL with Sky.

I would not waste your time with sky broadband, the worst 12 months of my life!

They even blasted VM / NTL out of the water when it came to p*ss poor CS!!
