Hi Guys,

Long time viewer here! Great site!

To cut a long story short Virgin disconnected me the other day (got my moving dates mixed up) and have just reconnected me!

Tv and phone are back on but my problem is my tinternet!

It's treating me like a new install and saying a need to register the details from my welcome pack! Since i haven't moved anywere and don't have said pack how can I get back up and running!

It is connecting to the virgin media registration page and its sending data but just not letting me move on from there!

Any idea's???

Try contacting technical support. They may need to rematch your original account details to your modem.

Customer Services probably can't help you. They can set up accounts for new users, but that isn't what you want.

Since this is a VM issue, the cost of the call to 0906 212 1111 should be recredited back to you.

This is required after the activation of services on the modem. It could not be just the reboot, I think he/she must asked you for the mac address as well.

Are you "DAVE" from India, I do not think so as we can make sense of what you have written.:)
