20meg Nottingham

Is anyone in the Hucknall area of Nottingham curently getting 20meg?

I've just upgraded to the XL package, new "250" modem and I'm only getting 10meg.:mad:

any help apreciated.:D

did you upgrade online or via CS?

its possible the upgrade might take abit longer if going via CS, see what the speed is int he morning then give CS a call
