speed problem in portsmouth

any one know of any connection problems in portsmouth

just done a speed test

Test 1: 1024K took 9094 ms = 112.6 KB/sec, approx 928 Kbps, 0.91 Mbps
Test 2: 1024K took 9187 ms = 111.5 KB/sec, approx 919 Kbps, 0.9 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 9219 ms = 111.1 KB/sec, approx 915 Kbps, 0.89 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 16062 ms = 127.5 KB/sec, approx 1051 Kbps, 1.03 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 953 Kbps, 0.93 Mbps

supposed to be on 4mb

For a 4mb connection those speeds look suspiously stmd

thats what i thought but still stmd at this time i thought the cut off was 9pm

I thought that when they stmd me but its 5 hours from the time you exceed the limit, so if you go over at 7.00pm your looking at getting your full speed back at midnight.
