Virgin Media has denied reports that it has reached an agreement with the UK recording industry to run a pilot scheme to deter illegal file sharing.

Because the most I can get from an adsl/adsl2 line is "upto" 4Mb.
And I think it will be the same for most people (if not worse) who don't live within a stones throw from their local exchange.

Well if virgin media had a sudden massive loss of customers because of this filesharing agreement or that phom madness,for say a few months they would go out of business.
Then they would HAVE to change the laws to allow these companys to get there customers back or face bankrupcey?
